The Point Dume Community Services District (PDCSD) was formed in 1985 via signatures from over 80% of registered voters residing within the District’s boundaries in response to the closure of the Point Dume School, in order to establish Cameron Park and manage the Malibu Community Center. The District has also sponsored various neighborhood recreation activities and events, and is actively exploring new projects, such as a community garden and fire safety and disaster preparedness programs.
